Vegetable people riding bicycles

Vegetable people are one of the more unusual and imaginative categories used on Victorian trade cards. These trade cards were imprinted for farm or food products showing either a human head with a vegetable body or a vegetable head with a human body. These Vegetable Riders posters were derived fro 1890's era trade cards and are from a complete set of six rare cards. Each featured a vegetable headed human riding on a bike with a fun saying surrounding each on a ribbon.
