    SHIPPING

    When you place an order with BicyclingArt.com you can rest assured that your item will be carefully packaged. Our shipping team is dedicated to making sure your item arrives in perfect condition and on time.

    Most orders will ship within 1-2 days of receipt.  Some art prints, framed and personalized items may take longer.

     Orders shipping within the US will ship via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground/Home Delivery and are fully insured. At checkout you will be given the opportunity to choose your carrier and select optional expedited services.   Small lighter items will ship USPS First Class Mail.   All tracking numbers will be sent via email after the item is shipped. If you do not receive a tracking number please feel free to call or email us.

    Expedited additional cost shipping options are available and will be shown at checkout. 

    Orders placed outside of the USA will ship via USPS Priority or USPS Express Mail.

    RETURNS

    All products sold by BicyclingArt.com come with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase from Bicycle Art, LLC , you can return the product(s) for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

    The following is BicyclingArt.com's return policy for all purchases made through our website:

    You can return your product(s) up to 30 days from the original purchase date. All merchandise must be unused / unworn, and returned in the original packaging. If possible, please include a copy of original receipt of the purchase.

    A full refund for the price of the merchandise will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 days of the receipt of the returned merchandise. Original and returning shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the merchandise was defective or shipped incorrectly.

    After 30 days, a store credit for the price of the merchandise will be issued on all merchandise returned within 60 days of the original purchase date. All merchandise must be unused / unworn, and returned in the original packaging. This store credit has no expiration date. Original and returning shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly.

    No refunds will be given on merchandise returned after 60 days of the original purchase date.
